Kalta is a session-logging tool for cold plunge, sauna, and contrast therapy. Its free tier — session logging, history, stats, streaks, and goals — is provided at no cost and is not a limited trial.
Session logs, notes, and goals you enter remain yours. We store them to provide the service back to you and don't claim ownership over what you log. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is handled.
Don't use Kalta to store or transmit anything illegal, to attempt to access other users' data, or to interfere with the service's normal operation.
Cold and heat exposure protocols are physically demanding and carry risk, particularly for people with heart conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, Raynaud's, pregnancy, or certain other health conditions. Kalta records what you tell it — it does not evaluate whether a session is safe for you, and nothing in the app should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or a recommendation to begin any protocol. Always consult a physician before starting cold or heat exposure practices, especially if you have any pre-existing condition.
Kalta is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for any loss arising from its use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update, add to, or occasionally remove features. If we ever move currently-free functionality behind a paywall, existing users will be notified in advance.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting support.apexdigital@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
